Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange if the product received is not as described or is proven to be inauthentic, if the item is damaged or defective upon delivery, or if you received the wrong product.
Note: Change-of-mind returns are not accepted, as every product is specifically sourced per order.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at:

Return Conditions
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all included accessories or documentation. Products must be returned to us or an approved partner address within 7 working days after return approval.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days through the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our part, such as sending a wrong or inauthentic product.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned due to safety and hygiene reasons. These include skincare and cosmetics (unless defective or inauthentic), food items or perishables, intimate wear or undergarments, and products damaged due to misuse.
