This ensures you receive genuine products, counterfeit and substandard items are filtered out, we avoid financial losses from canceled or unserious orders, and your order is processed with priority and accountability.
Your upfront payment makes it possible for us to deliver exactly what you’ve requested — verified, safe, and dependable.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are flat rates based on item weight and location. For light items such as gadgets or clothes, delivery within Harare is $2, while delivery outside Harare is $5. For heavy items, delivery will be arranged directly between both parties. All fees are clearly displayed at checkout to ensure transparency.
Accepted Payment Methods
We use PayNow for payments, giving you the option to pay through Ecocash USD, InnBucks USD, Onemoney USD, or Zimswitch USD. All payments are processed securely. We maintain strict confidentiality and integrity in handling customer transactions.
