GenuineBuy is an e-commerce platform dedicated to helping customers in Zimbabwe and beyond purchase original, verified, and high-quality products. We work with trusted suppliers and only source products after an order is placed. We do not keep stock; every item is carefully checked for authenticity before being delivered.
2. How It Works
Customers browse products listed on GenuineBuy.
Upon purchase, we source the product from our trusted suppliers.
Each product goes through an internal verification process to ensure authenticity and quality.
Verified products are delivered to the customer’s preferred location.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and current information.
You agree not to use the platform for fraudulent, illegal, or harmful purposes.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information.
4. Product Authenticity
We are committed to ensuring that all products sold on GenuineBuy are authentic. However, as part of our commitment to transparency:
If we cannot verify a product’s authenticity, we will not proceed with your order.
In such cases, you will be notified and refunded in full.
5. Payments
All payments must be made through the available payment methods on the site.
Prices are clearly displayed, and no hidden fees will be charged.
Orders are confirmed once payment is received.
6. Returns and Refunds
If you receive a product that is not as described or found to be counterfeit, you are eligible for a full refund.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the item.
